Yoshino cherry leaf reduction

Hey I was wondering if anyone knows how well yoshino leaves reduce in size, I have a small one that will be years from an actual bonsai but was just curious. Thank you!

Most Prunus species, cherries, plums, etc. The leaves reduce some, but not too small. They are all mostly grown for viewing when in flower. I would not worry or work too hard on reducing leaf size.
