Small update.
The new bud that im waiting for.
Removed all new surrounding shoots to ensure all 'energy'g supply to it.
cut the end of this shoot along with other strong ones to slow down the growth(no leaf should be cut atm) while waiting the whole shoot to be old enough and store energy at the closest node for future cut back. 
possible future pot.

New bud shoots coming out and some evaluation has been done. Maybe should have loosen up the rules on this small one. Or maybe not? 
Just an idea..no confirmation yet on next move.
To cut back or to remove the right branch,that is the question. we will see soon in weeks time.
Internode is longer than I wanted to have a good ratio for this small tree. Definitely an option in future.

Nothing but great work on this one! If I had to be super critical, where the split begins seems a bit heavy. With a little cleanup it could look a little more in proportion. That's all I got other than to say Well Done!

just enough for the tree's Nebari (vs width of the pot)to fit if side feeder roots trimmed. (didn't manage to snap pic to compare side by side), the rootball is shallow enough tho.
if the tree are almost finish or ready for show, only then will change this pot, or other slightly bigger if required depend on the final growing size.

Thanks. here is the case.
1st potting. To adjust the nebari,
2nd potting. unintended due pot accidently drop by cat and soak in water overnight. fully submerged.(no root was cut during the replanting process)
3rd potting. just a minor cleanup on the upper part of the nebari(95% root untouch). Removed some growing feeder roots that's growing upward. I plant it too deep(1cm above nebari)and 20% of the new growth growing upward. I lifted the tree higher(5mm soil above nebari only) and just lightly remove the feeder roots that's growing near and above the nebari.
hopefully when there is no space(too deep of a soil) way up high above the nebari base line, I hope to get compact rootball below it in future.

Very nice. You have a very good critical eye. I can not see any flaws that you yourself have not identified already. This tree will be great. Nice work.
