FREE Admission to exhibition, bonsai demos and vendors.

This is the 11th year for this nationally recognized show. It is held in what is likely the most elegant location for a bonsai show - a 4 story marble lined atrium. Many say this is their favorite show of the year, where trees are exhibited in their winter best form.

Exhibitors and vendors come from all over the country. Demos by world-class bonsai artists. Bonsai auction Saturday evening. Banquet dinner by reservation Saturday evening.

It was great to see the wonderful trees and people today. The combination of horticulture and art that keeps me intrigued with bonsai was on full display. Congrats to the winners!

I could only attend the last couple of hours on Sunday so I tried to take extra photos.

I hate I couldn’t make it, it figures I would get sick this of all weekends. Looks like I missed a great show and some great wares. Thank you for the photos and picking up my buttons.

I had so much going on I forgot it was this weekend, I hate I missed it. I will be prepared next year, I’m going to have to start saving money now. The hornbeam @Shogun610, I think is Gary Clark’s in waldo street pot. I could be wrong but he is on instagram and he is the hornbeam king. He has so many of them, I think he took some to sell also.

Man so many awesome trees and displays I really wish I could of made it. I probably would of been overwhelmed with all the beauty and skill on display. Maybe next year I'll make it!
