White clumps forming on Juniper

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know what is forming on my Utah Juniper that I collected 6 months ago? Tree seems really healthy and I am curious to know what is going on, Thanks.

Looks like pollen cones or berries forming.

I saw that mine is also making fruit, or whatever....
Is it good to remove them?

You can remove if you see berries forming.
