Whats wrong with my juniper

Tips are brown and black but not dry. I just repotted because I got it from a nursery and it was in a really small pot..

No I put it outdoors with morning sun gets around 3 to 4 hours of sun.

Where are you located? Were the tips like this before you repotted? When did you repot? When did the tips start looking like this?

Ontario, Mississauga. No they weren't like this before i repotted. I repotted 2 days ago. The tips looked like this yesterday.
