So I've had this tree for a couple of months, but it started getting this white stuff all over it and I don't know what to do, but the tips of all the leaves are turning yellow and some of the branchies are coming off?!?! can anyone tell me what this is and how to fix it? The leaves are getting pretty brittle

The pictures of the branches look like wooly agelids, a pest you can spray. The tree looks pretty rough in the last photo

Sorry about the bad news dude.
If you are going to continue the hobby, learn from this and be bettter next time. That's all we can do.

IF kept inside is NO NO! Juniper belong out side in real soil:confused:. Local Bonsai club for help? Please also add location to profile;)

As long as you enjoyed that Twix!

Did you keep this tree in the house?

Yeah, it's already dead. In my experience, you can tell junipers are dead by the feel of the foliage more than the color. They can still stay greenish, but when they get brittle like that - they're dead.
