What is the name of this tree

I have had this tree 3 years it was said to be 7 years old than brought online???

I don't think so. New stems (this season) on mine are green. Year old (last year's) are so dark colored that we could call them black. These bark up over subsequent seasons to the standard white bark. OP pic doesn't show these traits.

I was going to say 'Ralph', so I guess we have a gender question too.


Okay, it has compound leaves ...
