What can I do about these pests? (Fukien)

I noticed these small pests in my Carmona's tray. It looks like there's two different types, the first is small and almost transparent and the second is even smaller and dark. Are they different stages of the same species? I tried taking photos of them but they looked blurry since they were too small and moving too quickly (I'll see if I can catch them again and I'll post the pictures in that case).
I always carefully check the leaves, trunk and soil when I water and I didn't see anything until today. Would neem oil help or should I put something in the soil since I found the pests in the tray?

Context in case that helps "diagnosing" it:
  • I have had the plant since the beginning of May this year. When I got it some of the leaves had a dark bumpy underside, and within two days some of the old leaves became yellow (pictures attached). After those initial yellow leaves all dropped (it took around two weeks) no new ones appeared since, it's been flowering and growing beautiful green new leaves, though the ones that had the dark underside remained (pictures attached).
  • It's being kept inside in front of a very sunny window, temperatures are around 25 celsius.
  • I have been watering when the soil feels dry 1 inch deep, and misting in between but not when it's still damp.
  • I'm also using a liquid fertilizer twice a month as per my local shop's recommendation.
I'll welcome any help or tips!

I was hoping someone with indoor experience would chime in but since they haven't I will. Fukien Tea are pest magnets. I have had to luck using Neem oil on anything. I would use whatever sort of systemic pesticide you can get your hands on. My Fukien is one of the very few trees I use systemic on and I can tell when it starts losing it's effectiveness because the pests come right back. Aphids, mealy bugs, scale, white fly and of course all of the ants that are attracted to the secretions of the other pests. From what I understand they can be even worst indoors. They are not easy trees to keep alive and pest free.

I'll look into the systemic pesticide. Thank you for your advice!

I've read about them being attractive to insects, and I guess I can now count myself in the numbers of those who experience that firsthand
😅

Yep pest magnets. I havent had any major issues with mine outside but towards end of winter inside oh man.. terrible. I was spraying with soap and water every other week for the aphids. My advice is once its above 55deg F. get it outside in part sun and give it endless humidity. Ive heard they do not like neem. I use soap and water 1:40 ratio. Occasional blasts with the hose. Havent tried 3in1 systemic yet but may this fall before bringing the tree inside.

Temperatures outside are above 80 Fahrenheit, my main worry is the tree getting scorched since the area is exposed to the sun for most of the day. I'll start thinking of a way to shade it 🤔

Soap & Water would've been my other choice apart from neem, hopefully something works eventually. Thanks for the tips!

Yes, outside in a mostly shaded spot. Slowly transition to sun.
