You have nice ramification on those branches. How long have you had this tree and what is your pruning regimen if you don't mind?

I dont know why I never keep detailed notes on my small collection.I feel like Im just playing with potted plants and go along like this until one day I look at it and it shows some beautiful structure. ID say its at least 10 years in my control and I got it from Brents Nursery. Years ago I came across an old apple orchard while deer hunting . Every one of those young trees were nibbled down to only several feet tall and all branches nibbled on by deer. Talk about ramification!!!They were Gnarly with hundreds of tight formed buds along the branches. So I pinch off elongated springtime growth to about 3 leaves. OF course first you must establish the main branches and secondary ones so those you et grow out and then trim off the ends at the lengths you want.
