Using pet dip lime sulfur

If I use the pet dip lime sulfur on bonsai trees, what concentration should I mix?

I believe it’s 4 oz per gallon.

Has the GOOD lime/sulfur been banned in California?

When I jinned my first juniper some years back, I painted on what was marked on the bottle, "Lime Sulfur." The latest attempt was with some NEW lime/sulfur. It went on just wet looking and when it dried...... NUTTIN! The OLD stuff went on yellow and in a week or so turned BONE WHITE...

That is what I've been using, works good…(although I cant imagine dipping a pet in that, regardless of the dilution).
