I ordered one from manhattanbonsai.com over a week ago and paid for 3 day shipping, called ups yesterday to see what the hold up was and they said the package was sent back to the sender because of a fraudulent shipping label…

Hmm. That is unfortunate.
After a quick search, I couldn't find a source for a hard copy of that book, only kindle. Being that it is 11 years since it was printed, its out of print and probably not a big demand for it. Guess you can only hope to find someone with a copy willing to sell.
If I was closer to Manhattan, I'd go have a look for you to see if the book was indeed there.
