Trident Maples

Does anyone know of a place that sells and ships tridents? Field maples preferably.

Tridents come in a whole range of sizes and shapes from small seedlings through field grown trunks and on to advanced bonsai with branching and structure. Many nurseries specialize in one range, some supply all stages so it will help if you define what stage/standard you are interested in.
Field maple is a different species - Acer campestre.

Trident maples are somewhat easy to track down. Here's a few places that I recommend:

Greenthumb Bonsai - he carries field grown (is that what you meant?) tridents with some girth to them.
Kaede-en - for seedlings
International bonsai - nicer young material
Brussel's - both specimen and pre-bonsai
