I used to be able to add an emoji on Android. Clicking the vertical dots would bring up the selections.
No more. Those dots seem to have no function now.
Desktop works fine. I see no settings to get it back. ???

If the keyboard layout or keyboard app has changed, it's sometimes listed on the comma or period, just press and hold and it should pop up.

Trying again.......
Nope. All the symbols at top are grayed out. On Android.

Here on desktop all is fine.

I tried EVERY set of vertical dots. Even the ones after the easel. Useta be the end dots.

on desktop there is an emoji ICON at top.

:p o_O 😆 🤕 ❓ :D :mad: :) :p:cool::eek:

It is a Samsung TABLET. I don't use a PHONE for anything internet related except emails and the sites that work on it.

Hey...lemme try the phone.

I see no answer to why the tablet will not work and the stupid phone does.
Desktop no problem.
Topic forgotten.

Sorta

@Mike Corazzi Is the tablet updated with the latest version/drivers? Java script? Unfortunately it could be a lot of different issues. I had an issue in the past but it was with the desktop/web version vs the app. If all else fails uninstall the app and the reinstall the app after a device reboot. You should also be able to access the web version of the site on your tablet, does it work then?

When you hit the reply button are these brackets available or greyed out? It toggles the BB code on and off, which may affect your replies.

Try activating the Google keyboard instead.

You should be able to search "keyboard" or "language" in your settings app.

There are tons of keyboards you can download for Android. Maybe your phone's default keyboard layout changed after an update. Just find a new one. Google keyboard comes preinstalled in most androids, just gotta select it from settings :)

Good luck!
