Oh I will certainly reduce some stuff, at least I think but for the moment I don't really know what
I guess it will be easier to decide when the new shots will be out and the tree will still be alive

Lilacs are in the same family as olive. I have heard that they are of similar toughness. I'm sure it will come through fine.

But... If you want it to survive long term, it is really going to need to give up smoking.
