I’ve been focusing on buttonwood and having a lot of fun with them but have a question regarding my smaller BC.
I changed plans after talking with some experts and went from upright to flat top. The remaining leader does not fit the new flat top design so I have been considering cutting it off with hopes of pushing new buds in more desirable places near the trunk chop but not sure if it would have this result.
Thoughts?
