Just got back from a camping/fishing trip in southern CO. On the Conejos River in the Rio Grande national forest. I left my phone off and away for the whole trip so I don’t have any pics of the site. Buuuut. While hiking back from a fishing hole a came across a an outcropping of these very flat, very stable and very lichen covered rocks. Collected what I could carry. Excited to use them in the future for plantings! Some by themselves and some attached together to create dimension.

Nice find! When you mention 'dimensions', I immediately thought about some forest plantings on slope/mountain side. It is very natural looking!
