Dont know about anyone else, but Id rather see you keep it alive in that pot for at least a year before Id consider buying it
There isn't any timeline list with the photos. Who's to say that he hasn't?

It was just collected this July, i only live a few minutes away from where it was collected so I had it repotted right away and has only been watered with rain water or 6.5 ph water and fed with fish meal it has done really well it’s already pushing new growth but I can definitely wait till next year if you’re interested I gotta check with Freddy to see if he’s ok with it leaving the garden lol he likes to chill by it

Too bad you are so far away,
Very nice tree.
Dead wood is fabulous.

Thanks

Post it again next year and I'll bet you get an offer right away.

True. And some take two or three years to get going again.

Not sure what steps you regularly take to adapt and treat newly collected Sierra. In my experience taking the time to establish and treat for termites may also be important. The condition of the deadwood would indicate Lime Sulphur treatment would be adviseable. The decay is splintering on the top curve indicating a lot of age and need for stabilization.. Of course that depends on the size and strength of the live vein which is not readily apparent in the photos. Just things that would run through my mind if considering for purchase.

Yeah I think the most

thanks man appreciate the response, the live vein is up the back of the tree then it twists under and around as it makes that turn where you noticed it splintering, the tree is still very strong so I think I’ll hold off on all that stuff just so whoever buys it can take on all those fun tasks

Shoot I don’t think the redwood would do well up in my climate
