I have been looking for a good source for pots here in Western WA. (POTS, not pot. They sell that in stores now). I ran across Rob Cho's store www.asiapacificgarden.com in Kent, WA and was very impressed with the selection. It's like going through your grandmother's attic only better. He must have over 20,000 pot in stock. The second pic is of Mr. Cho out in back showing some of his stacks, the first is the small selection I took home.

Very jealous! There's nothing where I am, all online so I can't touch them till they get here.

I've enjoyed Robert's shop ( and personality ) for years. Located in the valley in Kent.

Just up the hill from Him in Tukwila is Bonsai Northwest, John and Sharon Muth's operation.

I quess I never realized how lucky we in the seattle area are, to have places relatively close by to draw from.

Just south of both shops is the Weyerhaeuser Bonsai Museum. A place to go for inspiration.

Quess I shouldn't be taking all these things for granted...:)

Thanks for the reminder

Boonsai Northwest

Yup. I need to get up there and also out to Bremerton to meet Dan Robinson at Elandan Gardens.

Inspiring indeed!…But it is not called the Weyerhaeuser Bonsai Museum now, nor was it before. What was formerly known as the George Weyerhaeuser Pacific Rim Bonsai Collection is now called the Pacific Bonsai Museum. The new website is http://pacificbonsaimuseum.org.

Dan's an interesting individual, with a tremendous amount of knowledge to share. You'll enjoy his display on the beach along side the sound.

Thanks for the link bonsai meister :)
