Should I prune discolored branches from my juniper?

My juniper recently suffered a spider mite attack, and I’ve been treating it with neem oil spray for a while. I managed to get rid of the spider mites, but they managed to harm several branches where the infestation began. I was wondering if I should prune the dead parts away now or wait until spring time to do it? I added a photo for reference.

Brown bits are definitely dead and can be trimmed off. Faded areas may recover so let them be until new shoots let you know where it is still alive.
It does not seem to matter what time of year you trim junipers. They still grow new shoots at the next opportunity.
Assuming you are in Southern hemisphere with the reference to 'next spring'
Adding a location to your personal profile gets much better advice for your local growing conditions.

You're better off keeping something like that submerged in water for a day to rid it of mites.

Neem is meh.
