Anyone in the greater Boston area what to split an order of seeds from Sheffields? I saw quite a few I would be interested in trying - a few had a minimum order that was way more seeds than I could handle (we only have so much growing space here :) ) while others were way cheaper by weight than they were by 'packets'.

I would try anything that would be amenable to bonsais and especially interested in small size / mame. Olive, Privet, korean hornbeam, trident maple, J cedar, J. larch, cotoneaster horizontally, cork bark C. elm, dwarf mugo, zelkova, C. boxwood, J. stone pine, J. flowering cherry, dwarf pomegranate, gingko, dawn redwood, Jacaranda, and J. or C. wisteria all caught my eye and were in stock. The cold strat times were 0-120days (most for J stone pine)

Also would be happy if someone wanted to have an ongoing trade with seedlings or clippings, apparently my blue spruce had a 100% success and I have ~38 x 1.5" seedlings atm.

If I had more space I’d be up for it, but I’m doing bonsai on a porch so I’ve prioritized individual trees and little to no propagation/bulk growing. I don’t even keep cuttings…. Just not enough room to set anything aside to grow.

If you’re in the Boston area I could possibly save clippings for you. As I said I don’t keep mine so I either pitch them or give them away
