Sekka Hinoki Cypress. Help me!

I picked up 3 Sekka Hinoki Cypress, and I need help deciding which one to keep. My wife won't let me keep every tree. Thanks in advanced for your time. Ignore the itogawa my backyard is crawling with them.

I personally like the left one the most. It looks like a tiny huge tree and will look better after some work.

Get a new wife JK, I like the one on the right. On the left side tree, the spot where all the branches come together would bother me.

The slanting trunk has foliage closest to the trunk, which will definitely be important for keeping the tree in proportion

What are you going to do with the ones you don't keep? I like the one on the far right, if you don't I'll buy it from you for a reasonable price.

I like the one on the right, with the caveat that I still have yet to style a single tree.

The ones on the ends have really bad reverse taper, the one in the middle has a long, straight main trunk. If they were mine I’d air layer them and create a bunch of smaller but more interesting trees.

See if she will let you plant the non keepers in the ground. Far right is the keeper in my book.

Junipers air layer fairly easily. Sekka hinoki can be air layered as well.

I would keep the right one, I think it has the most character.

I also like the one on the right in the first pic the most. Perhaps rotated 45 degrees… for what my inexperienced opinion is worth.

I'm leaning toward this guy because to me it looks like a normal tree just smaller.
