Spent the morning finishing the cleaning out of all the dead needles off the small branches. Some live branches need to go along with a couple dead ones, just havent decided which ones yet. I might put it back into a bigger pot for another year this winter....current rootball situation is a damn mess, but im happy with it for now. Come on spring, lets get some back budding on this tree!!!!:D

Good luck...these are not prolific back budders (and that's putting it kindly).
Haha, yeah:D I would go as far as to say that they almost will not at all without a little coaxing. I got it to pop out a fair amount so far this spring without any new die off. Im going to keep it in a big deep pot for at least another year im thinking before it gets to try out a training pot with good bonsai soil mix.

The (entire) height itself.
Its definately my tallest tree, its about 4.5' . It looks alot like a really tall one thats growing at the end of my parents neighbors driveway. Im not going to let it get any taller than it is now. Its got a long way to go before it gets into a propper training pot.:D
