Have you any idea how old they are I cannot find anything on when the company made them.

I'd say, barring some kind of revelation from Roadman, that these are likely worth around $50 or so. The "collectible tool" market is mostly non existent. Worth depends on utility and condition. These look useable and don't appear to have any blade damage. Comparable quality shears are around $50 or so.
