Do you mean this is a Juniperus chinensis var. sargentii?
If so it doesn't look happy because I only see juvenile foliage.

Tree is happy. Abundance of growth, loving the fertilizer regiment, likely to go into the ground or box in Spring since the primary structure and style is complete.
