Here's what I started with in 2019. It was an 8-foot nursery stock tree with some strangely low branches. I couldn't resist. The top half died. I think maybe from the drive home where it was sticking out of my trunk!

This year I put it into a bonsai pot. It hasn't been growing strongly, so I've mostly left it alone. From this morning:
