Problem Uploading Pics?

Any one else can't upload a picture?
Giving me an error saying must be fixed by the Administrator.

I've got pbs posting messages here today, so maybe it's a server issue...

Same here, on both Firefox and Explorer it will upload and when finished just show the file name blacked out.
For example it looks like this....

bonsai2.jpg

However if I reduce the size of the normal jpeg then I can post a pic. So it seems it wont upload larger jpeg files.
