I'm going to be helping Peter find good homes for some of his trees. This guy is the real deal - though he has kept a low profile.

I hope to have photos of some of his other trees to share.

Not Goshin. There are hundreds of Foemina forests inspired by Goshin in S. CA though. This is a nice one.

Greetings,

I have seen Peter's trees in person and I can say that they are in pretty good condition. Most of them have been in training for years. All are just waiting to be potted and some detail refinements.

Peter, may I suggest you post pictures of your trees here? It will help people decide

Thanks, Vince

I hope to be visiting Peter shortly. I may even bring Si along :) If we can make it work with his schedule, I'll bring a camera and take photos for the site, and we'll discuss his plans for selling his collection (whether he'd be willing to ship, etc).

Thanks! Yeah, unless pics are posted, it is basically local sales only.

Regardless, pics are always appreciated & to drool over. You know how much we love those! :p

Note to self...must (attempt to) create Goshin forest.

I've always liked that group planting and would love to have something similar in my collection.

Here is another small established planting, the one can just add a few more trees to complete a forest. I have several formina junipers with nice size trunks that would do..

Thanks...but I'm in NY :)

Besides...I'm still having issues keeping junipers healthy, so until I get that squared away...no big juniper purchases on the horizon.

These elms are nice and I do like them. :) Not to purchase thought--just because I have similar sized Cedar Elms already.

Thanks!

Those are some really nice looking trees. I like that triple trunk elm...might be some interest. Not sure what I'm looking for though... I'm here in Los Angeles.
