Thanks... will try itit does look like mealybugs. strong soapy water spray down, let sit 15 mins, rinse fully. or better, neem/soap/water and the same process

Most common aphid insecticides will do the trick. Neem oil should too, that's what I use to get rid of them.
They're not mealybugs, which is a good thing. Mealybugs are harder to get rid of.
Make sure you hit the underside of the foliage.

No I haven't in the past year. But when I did, I used to do it once every 3-4 weeks.Do you also spray preventively with Neem oil? If so...what frequency?
