One of my best buds has been operating a hugely popular ramen noodle joint called Oni Noodles. For the last 2 years they have only been a food truck and pop up kitchen concept. They recently took the plunge on a brick and mortar location and began remodel before Covid. Well they are almost do e and rent is due! So they are beginning a window takeout option to begin business in their new location. I did a large built in Shou Sugi Ban bench for them last week and offered to put together a simple window display for their grand opening. I brought 2 trees and an accent. None of which are finished by any means, but still nice eye candy for those picking up noodles and probably unfamiliar with the world of bonsai. Didn’t put a to. Of thought into the display but still looks nice 
iLighting is bad but at night I imagine they will look great through the window. Hopi g I’ll get a good shot of that. Either way, just thought I’d share.
