2). It has a strip of deadwood the whole length.
Those are the only limitations.
From that point on it can be chopped, slanted, and/or thread-grafted at any point along the living part of its trunk.
No photo is necessary.
Harping on about the importance of photos and the number of branches the tree already has …… is stupid. The tree is a clean slate with all kinds of possibilities except in the minds of persons with no creative vision.
This thread has inadvertently exposed both a lack of understanding for the “art” aspects of bonsai and a conscious unwillingness to reach out, explore and advance.
What happens now? Probably nothing. But I do prefer German beer.
