I am new to the bonsai world and bought a snow rose in March. I purchased it from a Bonsai store on line. It was doing well for the first month and now has lost most of its leave. It is growing new leaves but the tips seem to turn brown and then fall off. I am careful of watering, no drafts, it is far enough away from south facing window and I try not to move it very much as I read it does not like to be moved. I live in Atlantic Canada and it is late spring here, I am in zone 5. If you could give me some advice on what to do I would greatly appreciate it. I have purchased new bonsai soil but I am hesitant to repot as it might stress the plant more.

Greetings, traveller!

Here, in the TinyForest, Serissa (snow rose) issues are quite common... they are a fussy lot which need JUST the right amount of love.. but HATE too much “love”. 🤣

The Woody Dwarves would like me to direct your attention towards many VERY similar threads that may be of assistance.
Read through some of these. :) See if you can self-diagnose.. then get back to me.

LOL! My husband and son said the same thing, I don't know who shaped it but they obviously have a sense of humor as it arrived shaped that way.
