Hi there everyone, been a little while since I've posted something.
found a new spot with some very promising material. The species is Ceanothus cuneatus.
I ended up with like eight of them. From what little information I could find, they can only spread their seeds by wildfire.
Also I read that they don't particularly like their roots messed with so I really hope they survive.
If anyone knows anything about there care or has experience with this species please let me know.

Ya man these are pretty cool little trees. =]
I saw a really big old buck with a yellow tag
on its ear where these where growing, was probably snacking on these for years.

Interesting that it says that it dislikes pruning yet the deer chew on them all year round,
and rub their horns on them. I'm mostly worried about the roots =[
everyone of these that I dug had very little surface roots. Most had very long taproots with
some roots near the surface.
