New taxus, plus some complaints

I scored this massive tree for 90 bucks including shipping.
The dead wood is gorgeous needs a little bit of cleaning up tho.
The previous owner made a mess off this tree, branch structure makes no sense
Also the tree looks tired so defenitly needs some feeding coming year.
And i need to figure out what pot id like. Cause not only do i think its heinous it doesnt fit the tree either. All my complaints asside, my god am i happy with this tree eventho i thought i was buying more of a mame sized tree

A better photo from a lower angle and a wall behind the tree would help us give advice for styling and potential. 90 bucks sounds like a steal for that girth.

Do you know which species is it? I would say Baccata if i have to guess..
