Hi All
Greetings from Melbourne Australia.Have just started on my bonsai journey.I have called this plant Bonsai Bo(as I have a dog called Bo-)
Would welcome any comments suggestions on the pic.
I have recently purchased a Fukien Tea tree and have re potted it.When should you start wiring? My tree is
very young with a strong trunk

I can see you've been out to Bonsai Sensation. Tien has great stock and very helpful.

Branches on the juniper are getting a little long. Need to trim back to maintain shape and promote more shoots along branches. If you don't trim the shoots all grow longer and older needles turn brown and die, leaving bare interior.

If you recently repotted the Fukien Tea you should leave it alone for at least a few months to allow the roots to re-establish. I expect, as a beginner, you probably did not remove much root but the tree still needs time to recover. I note it already has some wire on and probably not done by Tien?
Wire is used to change the shape of trunk or branches so no need for wire unless you need to change the shape. Pruning can often be used to direct shape of bonsai too so don't just rely on wiring alone to shape your developing trees.

Thanks for mentioning Melbourne as a location but you should add that to your profile so it shows up each time you post. Saves having to remember to type it every time and helps us know your climate and time of year.
