New Carmona Microphylla bonsai

Hi everyone,
I got my bonsai about few days ago.
It has been located on a table right in front of a window that faces the southwest, unfortunately, the leaves are falling off since I received it.
The leaves are getting yellow, the flowers are getting brown before they flower and then they just fall off. Also, I have noticed that it's getting dry too fast, after one or two days soil feels dry and I do not know if that it's normal. Was thinking probably needs to be repotted.
Do you have any advice?.

I'm just a beginner here, but I've been around long enough to know there's no such thing as an indoor bonsai. Put it outside.

I live in London. I do not think the weather here is suitable for a tree like this.
