During a couple of JPB repots, I found seven trillion roots seeking to attach themselves to every damn thing in the pots.
Drainage screen, miniscule irregularity in the pots, every damn thing.
These were potted at MOST 2 years ago and probably just last year.
Soooooo.... I told em.... POND BASKETS FOR YOU GUYS !!
And... in the process, I discovered.... after diligently wiring MOVEMENT into the branches over time and avoiding needle trap and busted wood and the movement is fine......
........... some branches needed LOWERING.
Soooooo.....bend a lil hook, grab branch and TETHER it to the holes in the basket.
Man, how slow I am to figger out things.
