Neea Buxifolia repotting

I never got around to repotting my Neea Buxifolia this summer. Friday night its going to get down to 38 here and nighttime lows will be around 40 from then on, so I will be bringing my tropicals inside for the winter. Is it ok to repot this weekend when its inside? Or should I wait until next summer? The tree is very healthy but is pretty pot bound and could definitely use a bit more space.

Doesn't sound necessary.

We're supposed to change pots for 3 reasons, I forget what they are but "potbound" isn't one of them.

Plus it's healthy so....
