I found this little lantana on by the side of the road 2 years ago. It had probably been hit by a mower a few dozen times and was quite a gnarly thing. Since then it has grown relentlessly. I actually cut it back 7 times last year. Now I'm starting the process for next year.

Very cool, I want to also collected 'mowed' plants (from a ditch) coming season. (I want to do too much with not enough time and space, sounds a little sci-fi).

Mowed often have some really interesting shapes. There are a lot of little sida acuta plants that are growing on my property where the county mower passes by every so often. They're all contorted little mame size plants that have beautiful buttercup like flowers. I really need to collect some this year.

I'm going to keep clipping my little lantana in the mean time. I want to get some more sub trunks on the inside.
