Hello!
I spotted this mold forming on a jin that i made a good month ago. I scraped it off with a knife two or three weeks ago but now its back.
Anyone have any solutions? I can't find/afford any jin seal where I live.

What kind of pets do you use lime sulfur for if I may ask?

Hydrogen peroxise brushed on should do the trick but youll want to find some preservative treatment in your area.

Does that need to be diluted? If so how much?

You can use it straight, but I used to dilute jt 50/50.

Dogs and cats and livestock. They use it to treat skin diseases and other things like ticks and parasites. Just search for sulfur pet dip.

This fungus grows on the resin that's seeping out. It's one of the candidates for use in chemical clean ups because it thrives on long chain hydrocarbons. You can also find it near old gasoline tanks in shade parked vehicles.
My deadwood gets it too. And I just wait for it to finish eating before applying lime sulphur. The resin tends to repel the limesulphur anyways.

Very interesting, thank you.
