I was there today (Sat). The Milwaukee crowd made a good showing. Steve Carini, had a nice Ponderosa, it's pretty small for an older Ponderosa. Got a chance to visit old friends and acquaintances. Met some new friends. Hung out with @Bearded Mayhem , Logan and Jennifer. Bought a nice modest priced collected Thuja from Matt G. of Benton Harbor MI. Got my Sara Raynor pot for the year. Every show at the CBG I buy one pot from Sara. Sometimes small, sometimes big, I have over 30 pots from her, so she's been doing it for at least 25 years, some year I bought more than one, but usually just one.
Good news, Sara just built a new studio, with a new kiln, so she is planning on continuing to make pots for quite a while.
Visited the exhibition today and it was my first time. It was great! Thanks to all that were involved in any way with this. Wish I could have done more mingling but was a but tough with 2 kids along lol. The older was having a blast. Took a lot of pictures and though I would share some of the ones not already up.
