Well it's nothing too crazy, but it is (so far) pretty much unlike a lot of the ficus salicaria I have seen around. The trunk divisions are a little wild, and whenever I look at it, I struggle to form a unified concept in my mind for it so I move on to something else.
I just gave it a thorough trimming in two stages. Once removing all leaves but 1-2 at the ends of the branches, and again a couple weeks later trimming back to new shoots wherever they formed. This seems to have worked pretty well, but the tree is pretty sparse for now. Maybe a good time to get a look at the structure.
