Might be helpful if you list where you are. Will open up possibilities. Also a bit more detail on what you're looking for. "Smaller side" mean sapling, seedling? Or are you looking for developed trunk? Depending on what you're looking for with this species, you could be talking $20 for an undeveloped sapling, to a Grand or more for a developed "smaller" trunk...

Those don't look like mume……..they look like Chimonanthus praecox "Wintersweet or Japanese Allspice"

A quick search shows these available only as seeds shipped from China. Never buy seeds from China. Half the plants they offer don't even exist.
