Looking for a copy of pine bonsai in the temperate climate

I’m looking for a copy of “pine bonsai in the temperate climate” the author is an Australian bonsai nursery owner named Hoy-Leong-Keonh. I am going to contact his nursery tomorrow and find out if he will ship me a copy but if somebody has a line on this book in the US that would be helpful.

p.s. Is anybody interested in me getting them a copy if I’m only able to buy it from Australia?

his website doesn’t have built in shipping to the US. I went through entering all my info a couple of times to make sure it wasn’t user error. If I get a hold of him today I’ll update the post.
