I've got TONS of these little buggers crawling around the soil in my willow leaf ficus (first bonsai).
They don't seem to ever go on the tree or leaves, I haven't seen any larva looking things, or and flying critters.

Can anyone tell me what they are?
I've googled pests and all the ones I find are flying ones, larva/maggoty types, or things that eat leaves.

Those look like springtails. They feed on decaying organic matter, and are generally harmless to your plants, although they can be a nuisance. They are hard to get rid of, but you can control their population by letting the top inch of your soil dry in between waterings, and using a lot less organic matter in the future.

Thanks!
I will try that...definitely going to switch to a better bonsai mix next time I repot.
