I've posted about this Japanese Black Pine literati in various other threads, but I wanted to create this progression thread mainly for this one.
This tree's been through a lot, taught me some good literati lessons. I feel I'm not done with this tree yet and in a few years, there'll be a change to it. I'm hoping it won't be substantial.
This growing season, I've decided to remedy my very problematic imbalance issue for this tree. The pot is causing this tree to always live life on the riskier side due to the pot not having enough feet for balancing.
Decided to pick up this nanban Reiho to solve the wobble issue. The entire bottom is flat without any feet, I believe this is the wisest choice for this tree at this moment.
