Literati.... for sure!

Brought home a couple of nature-styled literati(s) from Bishop-Mammoth area last May. The root system was quite good on both of them. So this time, I’m taking a gamble and experiment on planting them directly in pots I ate of a grow box.

Is that Jeffrey pine? I usually just find lodgepoles at Mammoth.

This one’s a Ponderosa. Haven’t seen a good-sized Jeffrey around that area.
