I'm including all sites (good and bad) and would appreciate everyone's additions to the list. Also, noting which are ran by members of the forum so we can support them for sure. (I'm only aware of a few as of now)

I think some rating beside the name would be good (as simple as bad/avoid, good, and excellent will do). Either that or just eliminate the bad ones altogether. JMHO

Best way I can think of is to do a poll survey on each. Each have their own thread titled for example "Online Bonsai Supplier - Bonsai Boy". The bold part is same for all then we can vote for each. Fair and simple I think.

StoneLantern.com depending on what you are shopping for.
I might look elsewhere for annealed copper wire. Theirs is not oxidized but bright and shiny, and not super soft. Their explanation was that their supplier anneals in a vacuum.
