I might have seeds next year but since the blaauw cultivar seems to be female only, they would be a blaauw x media or a blaauw x sabina var rastrera hybrid.
They're quite slow growing so if you can get a hold of cuttings, that would be better for you. Remind me in spring next year if you're interested.
Germination rate is about 5% though.

I don't have any others, well, maybe chinensis x media or x sabina rastrera but I wouldn't know which is which since chinensis wildtype and blaauw are the only female junipers in my collection that flower at similar times to the males.
