We acquired this pot from Jim's last sale at his house, Jim was in his home, not able to come out, he wasn't doing well, but I hope he felt happy his works of art are being passed on to new happy owners. This pot is unique I feel, from what I heard about Jim's artwork, is that he mostly makes smaller pots and not a lot of bigger pots came out of his kilns. It looks like a tree has never been put inside it and definitely would need to be matched with a strong tree, as this is a strong pot. We all know Jim is done making pots, so if don't have one of his pots and or are looking for a nice big pot, hopefully this one fits the bill.
