JBP Needle Discoloration?

Second post here! I might just still be acting overly cautious from a positive I.D. of a dothistroma infection on a bunch of ponderosa pine seedlings which I ultimately disposed of, but I noticed some banding and discoloration on a new Japanese Black Pine seedling of mine. There are patches of splotchy discoloration and slight browning of needle tips on the older branches. I'm mostly concerned with the brown banding that's circled below. Looking for more informed opinions, anything helps! Thanks.

Looks kinda like a mild case of needle cast (brown bands). The white looks like mineral spots from watering

Dang, thanks. Been having bad luck with new trees lately!
 
There are other reasons for banding on pine needles besides fungal infection. A few banded needles doesn’t necessarily mean it’s infected. Personally don’t think it looks like anything to worry about. Just my 2 cents.
